DutyStack is an independent product operated by Harbour Lending (Australia). It is not a government website, not affiliated with any state revenue office, and not a substitute for a conveyancer, licensed broker, or credit licensee. Stamp duty rates, concessions, grants and scheme rules change — always verify figures with the official source before you exchange or settle.

Operated by Harbour Lending (Australia). Copy the address if your device does not open a mail app from the link. We read every message; complex credit or legal questions still need a licensed broker or conveyancer — we will not pretend otherwise.
How to categorise your message
- Correction — subject starts with “Correction:”, include the page URL, what is wrong, and the official source if you have it. We treat factual errors in learn hubs and guides as priority.
- Privacy — subject starts with “Privacy:” for access, deletion, or AdSense/cookie questions under our privacy policy.
- Broker / pricing — brokerage name, website, and whether you need embed or API.
- Press / partnership — who you are and what you need.
- General — consumer calculator or content questions; name the state and live-in vs investment where relevant.
Complaints and corrections
If DutyStack content is inaccurate, misleading, or out of date relative to an official revenue-office or Housing Australia publication, email with subject “Correction:” and we will investigate. We aim to acknowledge within a few business days. We cannot overturn a revenue assessment or a lender decision — those escalate to the relevant office or your adviser.

Many answers are already in the state learn hubs, guides, and scenarios. Methodology and disclaimers live on How it works. Official government links are listed on About and Trust — use those before emailing a “what is the duty rate” question we already answer with a source link.
