Calculator data
Property values and toggles you enter run in your browser (and may be processed server-side only for SEO pages that show example estimates). We do not ask for your name, email, or phone to run the calculator.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
We use Google AdSense to show display ads so the calculator can stay free. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show personalised or non-personalised ads based on your browsing. You can learn more and manage ad settings at Google Ads Settings.
Ads appear beside or below the calculator — not inside the input fields. See also Google’s Advertising policies.
Hosting & analytics
The site is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages requested) may be collected for security and reliability.

Figures are estimates only — not credit advice and not a substitute for state revenue office assessments or lender quotes.
