Privacy policy

This policy explains how DutyStack (dutystack.com.au), operated by Harbour Lending (Australia), handles information when you use the free calculator, publisher pages, and optional broker accounts. The free consumer calculator does not require an account.

Calculator data

Property values and toggles you enter run in your browser (and may be processed server-side only for SEO pages that show example estimates). We do not ask for your name, email, or phone to run the free calculator. If you choose “email me a copy”, we send that PDF to the address you typed and do not add you to a marketing list. Do not paste sensitive identity documents into any form on this site.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to show display ads so the calculator and learn hubs can stay free. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show personalised or non-personalised ads based on your browsing. You can learn more and manage ad settings at Google Ads Settings.

Ads appear beside or below long content and the calculator — not inside the input fields, and not on login, signup, or dashboard. Suburb calculator URLs redirect to the state first-home-buyer hub. See also Google’s Advertising policies.

Hosting & analytics

The site is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages requested) may be collected for security and reliability. We do not sell personal information. Broker accounts (if you sign up) store credentials and organisation metadata needed to run the embed or API — separate from the free consumer toolkit.
